The offense wouldn't have given them anything if not for the defense.

Maybe closed a huge deficit by scoring but without the defense playing great all game up until that last drive, the game would have been a complete blowout.

I really thought they could come through once more but Brady proved to be too good.

I don't agree. The passing offense was pretty good, the rushing offense was terrible again. At the end of the day, our defense was not as good as theirs. It was not a turnover by our offense that led to the late game long scoring drive, it was our defense. You would be screaming bloody murder if Romo threw a pick six, why not be upset that the defense gave up a long, time consuming drive leaving Romo no time for a comeback? They were almost good enough, but they were not.

We desperately need to find an answer for our running game.
