Not even close. Randy Moss had all the physical measurables with questions about other things. Manziel has questions about both his build and his other issues. Plus Dallas would still not have won even with Moss. When they were winning Superbowls they had both quality and depth along the offensive line and the defensive line. By 1998 they had lost quality starters and had little depth on both lines. That is what caused them to be a bad team during the early 2000s and Moss would not have helped those issues.
