Does Jerry realize Lawrance would been there at 47? And even if he wasn't for some reason, there's still tons of talent on the d-line that woulda been available besides him... guys that I personally think are better than Lawrance. We literally just pissed away our third round pick for nothing, the Skins are laughing in our faces right about now.

I would've rather had ALL of these players over Lawrance....
Ealy, Jernigan, Hageman, Tuitt, Nix, Crichton, and even Marqise Lee.

I just don't understand how people as stupid as Jerry Jones are in charge of things like this. This draft has been an absolute disaster in my opinion. If I was the GM we would have HaHa Clinton-Dix and Kony Ealy right now.

Speed rushers for the RDE in this draft are light. Ealy, Crichton, are LDE. The DT, we can find one later in the 4th if needed. And with Crawford moving to DT, we have decent depth there. At the NFL.com drafttracker, after Clowney, Lawrence is the best DE according to that site.

The hate is overwhelming. Go figure. Yet I just heard a Fox Sports affiliate that I am streaming live here at work say that Jerry and the front office are doing a great job. Building from the inside out. So far, from those who are fairly unbiased; they said we are having a great draft. I will say that Demarcus Lawrence will have a great career in Dallas. The draft ain't over. Let us not forget that we are getting Crawford and Bass back into the rotation. Not that that is comforting to some in here, but still very relevant. Happy drafting Zone!

Quit sugar coating a turd. Crawford and Bass returning has nothing to do with getting value in this draft class. An unbiased opinion could see that the the trade up and pick is not getting the most value in a draft where the team needs it.

All we can do is wait until we see how this kid plays in training camp.

Wouldn't we have to trade a 2nd round pick from next year to get back into the 3rd round this year?

There was absolutely NO need to pull this trade. We could have gotten comparable talent by staying put AND getting another significant contributor in the 3rd.

Jerry Jones had nothing to do with those Super Bowls other than hire Jimmy Johnson and sign the checks.

Funny. How do we know that Lawrence would have been sitting there for the taking at 47? How about Cleveland who the pundits are gushing about mainly in part to the Manziel pick, who just happened to take Gilbert (CB with the 8th pick)? The sky is always falling, ain't it?

Lol at the butthurt in this thread. I like the pick and moving up to nearly the first round for a 3rd? That works for me. We need help on the DL and we got it.

And to all of you who want to jump ship please do, we sure as hell don't need you. Go Cowboys!

They are all hanging around the war room so its likely they are hoping to get back into the 3rd round. It will probably mean giving up a 2nd or 3rd next year but if the right player slides, I say do it.

Not a single name is a pass rusher.
