They've seen what they are capable of. That's why Felix is on the field. He's the best we've got right now.

Oh, no. Not ignore. Please.

So now your trusting the personnel up top to make proper decisions on who should play? So why is Felix no longer returning kick-offs?

Now all of a sudden he knows whats best on the field but blames Jerry all the time for personal decisions. Dude isn't consistent. You'll just learn to eventually ignore him.

Yeah he'll start babbling bout Jerry and the trenches anytime now. It is Jerry's fault he hired this moron as HC.

Don't forget the appointment of the other brother Garrett as the passing game coordinator, despite not doing anything significant of value during his coaching career as well...

I see. So route design that leads to DBs biting and getting in poor position in an end of game situation isn't a credit to the offensive designer and the guy calling the plays.

That's rich. What else you got?

you're ignoring a horrendous series of play calling because of a fluke play that ALMOST, but didn't actually, happen afterwards

Can you even understand how idiotic you sound?

Please. There was no expert route design there and you know it. We were in desperation mode and the Giants nearly let us off the hook through their own stupidity. Double moves are hardly some revolutionary tactic that are only utilized by the Dallas Cowboys.

We had 2nd and 1 at the 21 with (roughly) 1:20 left on the clock. Even if we had converted the 2 point conversion (a 50/50 prop), the Giants would have got the ball back needing a FG to tie and with all three timeouts.

The only move that even remotely makes sense there is to run the ball. Even if we fail to pick up the first down, we would at least kill some clock and leave the Giants with less time to mount a potential game winning or game trying drive.

God, even Thom Brennaman was smart enough to figure that out, how could it escape Garrett?

Even if we had failed to pick up the first down, running the ball was STILL the proper call.

Garrett was coaching like we had 25 seconds on the clock and no timeouts. He got caught up in the moment and lost sight of the big picture.

Inexcusable for a head coach.

I'm all in on Garrett being all gone. I can't the sight of him on the sideline now.

I was always curious how Jimmy could get his team SO ready for big games and come out crisp, clean and methodical. Coughlin does a pretty good job of that as well....I don't claim to know how the better coaches do it, but Jason might want to pick up the phone and get some pointers from JJ.

SIck and darn tired of this team coming out of the tunnel looking like a deer in headlights. Even without Murray and Lee they win easily if they play a full 60 minutes today....as usual, didn't happen.

He does that a lot and I'm tired of it. The question is, is Garrett learning from his mistakes? I'm not sure he is.

Get in line. Where are all the Red is a our savior crowd now? The guy can't coach plain and simple.

yes, all of this

Is there any good reason why Romo was lined up in the shotgun on 4th on 1 on the second to last possession?

Does removing the possibility of a run (other than a draw) offset basically telling the defense it's almost certainly a pass?

I can't believe he got hired in the first place. He was an atrocious OC the last year or two of Wade's tenure, and he's an even worse HC.

I wanted to see him succeed, and I promised I would withhold judgment when he was hired, but enough is enough. His clock management and late-game playcalling has played a significant role in multiple losses the past two years.

Don't you think it's time for Jerry to think about replacing his HC and QB. I don't mean now in the middle of the season ,but from what we saw today and in the recent past Our QB won't get us to the SB and our HC ,with his ridiculous decisions , definitely is a question mark.

I agree it was a great comeback and our D played well, but by no means should we have been put into that situation.

The play calling by Garret was astounding and the turn overs were ridiculous.

I know there is alot of negativity after a loss like this, but after hearing Garret @ his Press conference saying ,"We did alot of things well and we have to work on what we didn't do so well"

I've heard this song and dance after every loss and NOTHING CHANGES.

It's time for a change, I know I'm whistling in the wind with JJ @ the top but I had to vent.

Delete the post if you want , but I feel better.:D

It's already too late on 4th and 1. We never should have been in that situation in the first place.

I really don't care about passing on 4th and 1, I care about not even attempting a run on 2nd or 3rd down.

Garrett just isn't consistent and tries to outsmart himself. They obviously had trouble with that "pick" play where the X receiver cuts in and Witten gets the sideline pass. You have 1 yards to go with 3 downs and 3 time outs and there are basic things you can do to get a yard...bootleg..try Witten 3 more times..run on 3rd and 1 and get a new set of downs. Nowhere does anyone with a brain thing...lets go for it all with Ogletree. They wasted a down where all you needed was to keep the drive going. Garrett just isn't a coach that is prepared for situations.

Garrett has never been a great coach, when the offence was really going strong, it was still Sprano who called the plays for him. Our offense has been getting progressively worse.

Additionally, he is horrible managing a game. I have never seen someone so inept with it. I think I could give him a run for the money and I am horrible at multitasking. If he is going to be HC, then at least get us a OC who calls plays. Honestly, I would just prefer Cowher to come coach this team.

Thats just inexplicable. We need a yard, time to go deep to Ogletree. Really Jason?
