Pastina, known as Italian penicillin. You will never see this in a restaurant, only in traditional Italian homes. It is basically a soup with tiny pastas, not real soupy though, more like polenta density. There is no meat in it, so I will top with crispy prosciutto

My Mom used to make this for me as a kid when I was feeling under the weather!! Just plain pastina with a little butter. In case you didn't know, I'm Italian!! LOL

I'm doing my best to recreate the House of Prime Rib in Downtown SF. Prime Rib (fish for the wife), baked potatoes, creamed spinach, yorkshire pudding and salad.

Something simple tonight since it's a late game. Godfather's thin-crust pizza... my side loaded with mushrooms and jalapenos. Cold beer of course and perhaps a glass of wine or two for wifey. Work comes early Monday morning.

Official thread or not, we're having Indian food.

We're driving to Calgary this morning to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving tomorrow with family. We've already booked a late lunch/early dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.

Supposedly the game will be broadcast in Calgary. If not, I have my trusty smart pad.

I've always wanted to visit Calgary and the Banff area. Definitely pretty high on my list of places I want to visit. Safe travels!

Wow, I didn't even know Godfather's Pizza existed anymore. They were in my area years ago and then suddenly all closed up shop. I thought the entire franchise went under.
