Pressure cooking a pork butt that is brining at the moment. Then, pull that tender pork apart and have some tacos or maybe some pork nachos with homemade guacamole.

Greek salad + fresh egg pasta raviolis stuffed with aubergine and smothered in Muir Glen (California tomatoes) spicy arrabbiata marinara sauce. After watching so many kitchen nightmares, my days of eating out are done.

Official thread or not, we're having Indian food.

We're driving to Calgary this morning to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving tomorrow with family. We've already booked a late lunch/early dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.

Supposedly the game will be broadcast in Calgary. If not, I have my trusty smart pad.
