That's a great accomplishment. However, if Novacek played in this offense today how many catches do you think he would have if he was the only decent reciever like Witten is now?

This is not to take anything away from Witten.

Ah, but being the only receiving threat means the defenders are always keeping an eye on you. Witten has been constantly beating double coverage and safties and occasionally CB.

That is damn impressive.
