it was holding and intentional grounding, they declined the holding and accepted the intentional grounding, which was a 10 yard loss and a loss of down

Actually I have no real problem with Vinny. It is remarkable that a 41 year old guy can still play in this league. Not too many others could. However, the joke is clearly dead, and there is no way we can bring back Vinny next year (as anything other than a backup.)
