Not true . The only reason Zak had the chance was because of injuries.
He still would have been a star even if we didn't see it this year. A star is a star even if he's sitting on the bench and a lot of QBs were drafted ahead of him who aren't nearly as good.

how is spiking the ball playing for overtime? it stopped the clock to save a timeout so we could get more plays. we were all ready in field goal range. so more plays were not needed.

thanks for proving my point about situational football
HOW DOES IT GIVE US MORE PLAYS IF WE GIVE UP A PLAY DOING IT? IT CUTS THE MARGIN FOR ERROR BY 33%, DOWNS MATTER, THEY AREN'T UNLIMITED. DO YOU THINK THERE IS A CHANCE IN HELL RODGERS SPIKES THAT? OR BRADY?

GO ON TWITTER, EVERY FOOTBALL PERSON IS CALLING OUT GARRETT, IT WAS ASININE

Joke coach and a joke team............nothing else to say but a major league choke job...........07 repeat
Dumbest reaction ever. Look at the results over the last 3 years and wait another 1year. Just like when we lost to Detroit in 91. SBs on the way. Period!

I dont know if it was his call but he is in charge.

My problem is that Dak clocked the ball with 40 seconds. The Cowboys could have ran a play since we know now that they kicked it on 4th.
The Cowboys offense was moving and we gave up a down and saved time on the clock.

Could of got that first down on 3 plays instead of 2.

It burned a play that could have easily lead to a scoring drive. You take the play, and then take the time out, take a few shots towards the sideline, and see if you can punch it in. If not, you kick a field goal. Plenty of time for this scenario.

1. Team was not ready.
2. Left 4 points out there.
3. Spiked ball too soon.
4. Left too much time on clock in the process.
5. Add something here.........
And you would be whining if we had to kick the FG because we didn't spike the ball and ran out of time. Don't try denying it. A rookie QB lost to the best QB in NFL history, that's all there is to it.

That's my way of answering your dumb question. It wouldn't have happened.
Why wouldn't it have happened? It happens every week that a team has to kick a FG because they run out of time in regulation. Why wouldn't it have happened here?

it's called time on the clock. we were down to 30 seconds and one time out.

it was an aggressive move to attempt to score a touchdown by giving us more chances to throw it to the endzone, but it required getting a first down on the next two tries. playing for overtime would literally been doing anything except spiking the ball

nice caps lock too!

3rd and 20.

Defense make a play! Don't let the opposing team make a play to get in field goal range!

Jesus Christ!

Aaron Rodgers made an amazing play. Seriously, a HOF play.

I thought for sure the game was going to OT, so did everyone else here at that point. Sure Garrett and team started off sluggish as crap! But this team KEPT FIGHTING and we were on the verge of Making an epic comeback with a rookie QB and RB.

Against one of the best QBs in NFL history who played a near perfect game...

If going into the game, you would've told us Rodgers would've played a damn near perfect game and we were one play away to pushing it to OT. I would've said you're full of manure.

Fix the defense

Pray the injury bug doesn't hit next season

Team fixed.
