*** Official Jason Garrett Thread ***

Great game. I don't hate Garrett. But he was way too conservative. But this team will be alright.

Go Cowboys!

Seriously, thats the response , these threads?

I'll go first :)

I don't hate him at all. I really like what he does most of the time.

But his red zone offensive scheme/play-calling/game-planning...whatever it is needs some serious work. To be inside the 5 yard line and neglect to throw the ball up to Dez one on one is just sad.

And that last drive when we were up and needed to get a first down? Ugly.

We have to get better at that. This loss is squarely on his shoulders.

Done with this team just done, I cant do this anymore. Everyone one of them are worthless and just need to go away, far away and never come back.

Garrett's play calling was less than stellar. The positive is it can't be blamed on Romo, lol!

Second straight week Jason Garrett's offense had the ball with 4 minutes left and a lead and second straight week they couldn't close it.

Three minutes to go, New England has all three timeouts and the two-minute warning, and we go into kill-the-clock mode. Absolutely idiotic decision by Garrett that lost us the game. It didn't lower New England's odds of winning one iota, and we'd have been effectively no worse off had we thrown three incompletions there. Garrett should be fired for this debacle.

The Cowboys running game has been weak all season except for the Commander game. With the way they moved the ball on New England in the second half, I'm not sure why Garrett would choose to take time off the clock instead of just trying to win the game.

Fire him. Calling plays like he's scared out of his mind. Just disgusting and pathetic, no excuse. We ALWAYS end up looking like jokes. Every week I think it can't get any worse, and it does. I HATE this team right now.

lol welcome to 3 years ago.

JG didn't trust Romo in that 3 and out drive. That's all it came down to it.

What a joke.

cowboys are a dumb team. too many penalties at crucial moments.
running the ball when they should have passed at the end?

they throw the ball when they have a huge lead and now the pendulum swings too far. 1st down run fine. 2nd down you need some yards and New England is selling out to stop the run, they run again. 3rd down penalty. Punt and Brady shows Dallas how to manage a game.

Garrett and Romo need to up their learning curve. The rest of the team needs to up their football IQ.

What is up with Spencer?

As I said in the other thread, I'm ashamed of myself for ever believing in him. The guy has no ceoncept of situational playcalling. Every fan in the stadium and on TV could see those run blitzes coming and he ran right into them twice on the most important offensive series of the season. His redzone playcalling is the worst in the league and I would prefer half the people on this board calling plays over him. Women can watch and identify obvious flaws in his calls. It's incredible how someone like that got this far.

Three times into the line when you need to kil 3:45 to win the game when throwing, not running was how we moved the ball?

Shovel pass instead of trying to loft one to Dez in the corner?

Nice Jason.
