Saw this on him"

"Branch, 29, appeared to be battling for a roster spot despite receiving a three-year extension last December. After starting 13 games last season, Branch played sparingly in the first preseason games, entering in the fourth quarter alongside much less experienced players."

Sounds like an excellent fit for the Cowboys DL. ;)

I'm entirely unsurprised some of us would consider it.

In any event, this Branch was dead wood and needed to be cut.

Ba Dum Tss!

He's here all week folks, be sure to tip your waitress!

If he could, would the Bills have cut him right after extending him?

Nobody needs a guy like that.

We cut Ratliff. And it wasnt because he could not play anymore.

Life is more then just black or white point of views. I undestand however for some those are easier to handle.

They just extended this guy for three years in December. There's no reasonable comparison to Rat, who also happened to deserve his cutting. This one does happen to be pretty black and white. Personnel decisions in this league are rarely this easy.

Isn't that why we cut him though? Ratliff couldn't play or couldn't play for us anyway.
