I never once said that Gallup is a #1 receiver. I won't put a number on him until I see him on the field, in this system and how he meshes with Dak. It seems no one wants to trade with Dallas unless we overpay. There’s been trades galore but Dallas can’t get it done. They used to trade all the time but now they can’t. Don’t really get it. They never used to have trouble doing whatever they wanted.

As of right now, we have Williams (who most of you hated prior to this season), 4 foot Beasley, a rookie, and bums.

Who is going to take the top off defenses? Who is striking some fear in the secondary? Being incapable of getting the ball down the field or having a true #1 guy hurt us last year.

You can get by without having an Antonio Brown/Beckham Jr., but you at least need a productive #1 guy. We don't have that.

Also, pointing out outliers is always ridiculous - Brown is a success story at this point, and Michael Thomas was a mid-second round talent. Gallup is average across the board from speed, height, heck even his hands can be questionable at times.

You can gladly point out to me how he's a #1 though.

I'll gladly point out that this "#1" obsession some have is laughable, the draft isn't over, and despite your meltdown the Cowboys have made 3 good picks.

BUT LET'S FREAK OUT!
