Actually I THINK Disney bought Lucas Films (making it a subsidiary of Disney). Now I think about it (not looking it up). Could be wrong though.

They did - 4.4 Billion dollars to be exact and it was a bargain.

That's why whatever you do do not go to Hollywood Studios at Disneyworld. They are still charging full price yet only have 4 rides because they are changing the whole thing over to Star Was.
