If you recall we had Swept the Commanders like what 8 times in the last decade before that? So obviously last years sweep means nothing

I'm not going to temper anything! You swept us and I can live with that because we OWNED you for several years with the likes of Campo and company plus others that are too lenghty to list!

Haha. That was a scrimmage..but regardless our first team D shut their first team O out which is all I care about at this point.

The offense will catch up in time, but with the defense we have we don't need that much on offense to win ball games.

Haha I would but I don't put too much stock on how our second team defense does.

I doubt they score more then 3 points on our first team defense though, and it will be a good test for sure.

I think 20 points will be enough to win most games this year.

I do but I don't know enough about Cincinnattis depth and how it matches up to ours. They did beat us in the preseason last year. Be honest, you had no idea your defense would play that well all game long yesterday before the game...especially the 2nd and 3rd stringers.

Actually we have ridiculous depth in the defense so yes I assumed we would fare well. Many of our 2nd/3rd stringers would be clear starters on other teams.

Well I'm realistic. I'd like to say we will pitch shutouts and hold teams to less then 10 points per game, but the one thing I'm sure of is that we rarely let teams get over 20.

We play some pretty good offenses this year and are in a tough division.

Plus if cheap points are given up on turnovers or special teams that makes the score inflated even if the defense plays amazing.
