Watched "The Old Guard" last night. It was okay. I didn't hate it. It may be a pilot for a series based on the ending.

I liked it a lot. And I agree, either it's intended for a series or a sequel.

No, I haven't seen it. I thought about watching before I started watching The Shannara Chronicles, but I didn't know Kate was in it....Next on my list!

Just watched Jolt. If it were anyone but Kate, I would have shut that off after 10 minutes...but it was Kate, so.... excellent movie!

I read the trilogy from Terry Brooks when they first came out as they had that Tolkienesgue quality about them but I haven't heard anything good about this and they cancelled it after 2 seasons because of the bad reviews.

The first season wasn't bad, but after watching S2; E1, I can see why there's no S3. So far, it looks like something Piers Anthony would have written.
