No he hasn't. Sure Foles has made some nice throws but Dak can throw every pass in the book. It's coaching. Garrett treated Dak like Cassel, Weeden and Moore. He doesn't call up deep passes.

Dak haters need to stop with this false claim that he can't make certain passes. He can make every throw you can think of and has the arm for 60 plus yard bombs if need be
