The rookies really impressed me tonight. Did you see that catch on the sideline by O-Tree? Did you see him drag his feet? Wow. That was a Terry Glenn-like play right there. Phillips had his best game yet. That catch and run in the 4th quarter was clutch. Kudos to the rookies.

I've said it before, but Otree is the closest thing to the next Terry Glenn that we have

the dude is very smooth and very quick, not quite the burst, but still pretty fluid out there

There were actually people in the game thread cursing Ogletree. I was like....what the hell?

Unbelievable catch by that young man.

Every time he's given the opportunity, he makes plays. Can't ask for more than that from a rookie. Williams should take notes.

Philips has been very impressive as well. Staying in bounds after that big catch shows he's a smart player too. Most guys would've coasted out of bounds.

Catches like that are all focus and body control. It takes alot of ability to pull those kind of catches off.

Now I don't think he's ready for a full time role, but he deserves some snaps.

Really, were they drunk or high?:laugh1:

Me and my dad were talking about why doesn't Ogletree get in the damn game more.. I think he would murder teams in the slot. This team has to start letting the younger guys get on the field more.. Choice got one touch.. Feel bad for Choice considering he carried the team in the stretch last year when MB3 and Felix went down.. I know he is frustrated.

Hobbout those Virginia boys!

I've been saying since camp that Phillips is a much better athlete and receiver than he gets credit for being.

Tree made an awesome catch, but the route he ran was equally impressive.

thats what im saying

i was yellin stay in bounds and he did very nice play by phillips ogleetree made a sweet catch and was out their for a few more i def think he's earned some playin time

Bennett's stock took a hit tonight.

Even Hurd came up with a clutch gainer.

Ogletree does remind me some of Terry Glenn. Romo misses having a receiver like that.

They're just talking now on 105.3 the FAN about Tree getting more playing time...easing him into the game plan. He can catch the ball and has speed.

That catch on the sideline was SPECTACULAR.

Williams 1 catch was big and he got some tough yards after the catch, but how many balls did he drop today...3? I never thought he had bad hands - just bad routes - but he really seems to drop a LOT of catchable balls.

I suspect we start running Tree with the first team but keep him under wraps until we (hopefully) make the playoffs. Then we bust him out when there's not much game tape on him!

can we get some love for spencer back to back sacks

Spencer has been a MONSTER the last few games. He's just missed out on probably 7 or 8 OTHER sacks. If he can keep this up, he and Ware have the potential to become THE top tandem in the league. They've got to be pretty close right now!

Spencer has been playing well all year, despite the heat he's taken.

Ware just needs to teach Spencer an up and under move

btw, I will say, that whenever Spencer hits someone, they fly a few feet, RB/QB, doesn't matter
