I would prefer someone else as well. Goes to show just how few quality kickers there are out on the street. The streets aren't exactly flooded with good ones. There is some bad kicking going on around the league and teams stick with what they have, for the most part.

Not a whole lot of options available.

You are correct, his kickoffs are way better than Cundiff's ever were.

I guess it's about what you value more in a kicker, accuracy or winning the battle of field position. Personally, I want my cake and eat it too. Neither should be on the roster. Let's give someone else a chance.

...another option is to keep 2 kickers, one for kickoffs and one for FGs. This makes more sense to me than having someone like Polite on the active roster who's on the field for 2 offensive plays.
