we signed lenorad davis to play guard...hes originally a right tackle..but plays better at guard..so we resigned colombo...and now have a pretty solid line

we also signed Ken Hamlin to play saftety...and to probally compete with Watkins...now we have real competetion at FS

The signing of Wade will allow our 3-4 to be more agressive...Wade said we will attack QB's...he will use Ware..like he used merriman....and play Roy closer to the line..either getting after the qb.....or knocking blocks off over the middle...

were basically keeping everybody...and signed brad johnson at backup QB.....with the signing of Hamlin/davis..we now have the ability to draft the best avaible player..intead of trying to draft a need.

Wade Phillips is hired as HC

Jason Garrett is hired and winds up being named OC

Wade Wilson is hired as QB Coach

Tony Sparano stays on as Assistant HC

Ray Sherman is hired on as WR Coach

Skip Peete hired as RB Coach

Brain Stewart (from the Chargers who worked with Wade P) signs as DC

Bruce Read is hired as ST Coach

Dat Nguyen is hired as assistant LB coach and quality control assistant

Leonard Davis signed to a HUGE contract...although there were two other OGs in the league signed to similar contracts. He was signed to play RG not RT.

Colombo signs to play RT

Brad Johnson signs as Backup QB

Ken Hamlin signed to play Safety...only a ONE year contract.

We resign Punter McBriar

We Resign Kicker Grammitca

We put a tender on Crayton that would net us a 2nd round pick if another team takes him.

We let Fabini go and he signed elsewhere.

Ryan Fowler signed elsewhere.
