I'm shocked at how many people are saying playoffs after all the doom I've read.

I say we make it like Joe Rod said and like I've said all year: We may squeak in, but we'll be getting stronger late in the year and we'll be the team nobody wants to face.

I will go down fighting to the bitter end, but when your head coach says you teach in practice over and over on special teams for punt blockage and same player keeps running in to block it, and you go over and over it, but you still dont hold those players accountable, then something is wrong,

you cant just slap a player on the wrist and say dont do it again, thats stupid and your stupid for letting a player keep doing it, because he know, oh, im not going to get cut or punished, so i can do what i want, or i dont have to practice like you say,

thats sloopy playing and sloopy coaching,

yet, i will go down fighting to the bitter end and my heart says someone will light a fire underneath this team and wake them up to play like they should play,

now because these players didnt block like they should have on special teams and on the offensive line, romo is out 4 weeks due to injury,
mcbrair is out 6-8 weeks, because of some stupid careless players, that the head coach wont hold accountable

vintage, thats what i want to see, teams that fear the dallas cowboys, because now teams are laughing at them, just like ed werder did when a cardinal player was telling him we beat americas team and ed werder was laughing,

till the players get ticked off about that, and see that they have to step on other teams necks and not let them up, thats what is needed, and this just may do it, because now its either sink or swim, the players have to unite togehter and all players have to play together and give their all, with hurd out, romo out, felix out awhile, mcbrair out best punter out, now the cowboys backs are to the wall,

When it seems like half the team is hurt, and Wade is supposed to be the guy to lead them through the darkness, I think it's understandable.

I just hope we're all fair about this. Nobody wants to sell the team out or anything, and we will want to bump this thread if they make the playoffs as if we will all be awarded some gigantic cookie for being optimistic.

I hope we bump this thread whether they make the playoffs or not. If we got the cojones to say "I told you so" when things work out, we should eat it when we're wrong and things don't.
