ok, so list the year's standing's predictions

I remember us all posting at the beginning of the season what we thought the cowboys would be at the end of the regular season.

I do not remember what I predicted, but I would not be surprised if I was damn close or right on to what it was.

Somebody keep track? Can you post it up

I thought 9-7. I figured with all of the guys we lost (TO, Ellis, Henry, etc.) I felt we didn't do a good job of replacing those guys. I was wrong and damn it never felt so good to be wrong lol.

I thought 10-6 or 11-5 and one playoff win...

It was an optimistic guess to say the least. I wasn't sure how we were going to replace TO's production, but I figured we'd get offense from somewhere. I figured we'd miss the guys we lost on defense, but not very much...

I kinda thought we'd become a power running team.

I was wrong in some ways and right in others...

Edit: And I thought Austin would play well but... Damn... I had no idea he was this good... I only expected 400-700 yards out of him.

If I remember correctly, I think I predicted 9-7 or 10-6 with some breaks. I thought we would be a wildcard team.

Obviously I was wrong with us going 11-5 and winning the division. I have never been happier to be wrong in all my life.

I said 11-5 and that Dallas would face either Atlanta or New Orleans in the NFC Championship.

I was with the 9-7 (and no playoffs) crew. I felt like we were a decent team but had not shown much maturity and was weak at wide receiver. My statements were....I had doubts and I wanted to see it in December. Going into New Orleans I felt my doubts were being confirmed. Now I have seen good things in December and a maturing team.

At 8-3 I was one of the folks that thought we go either 8-8 or 9-7... The schedule and past history scared the bejeebers out of me... just call me paranoid

Before the season started, I predicted 11-5 with a good shot at 12-4. I will admit, however, I thought we were dead in the water after consecutive losses to the Giants and San Diego.

I thought 11 or 12 wins, but the losses came against unexpected teams, which should be expected ;-)

My prediction at the start of the season was pretty close. I predicted 11-5 and beating the Eagles on the last weekend to take the NFC East. I didn't get all of the wins and losses right, though.

I would add that I predicted 9-7 when preseason was going on.

well, we played pretty well the games before. there was a discussion after that on where we can go this season and i thought we lose at NY and NO and win the rest. It's not that this game actually boosted my confidence
