If I remember correctly, I think I predicted 9-7 or 10-6 with some breaks. I thought we would be a wildcard team.

Obviously I was wrong with us going 11-5 and winning the division. I have never been happier to be wrong in all my life.:D

If I recall I think I had similar thoughts.

Just think. Those two Giants games = easily 13-3 again. But who knows if Romo gets his act together if we win first Giants game after he throws all those picks.

I am good with where we are. :)

I thought 8-8 at the beginning of the season. Sure glad I was incorrect.

I remember us all posting at the beginning of the season what we thought the cowboys would be at the end of the regular season.

I do not remember what I predicted, but I would not be surprised if I was damn close or right on to what it was.

Somebody keep track? Can you post it up
I thought 12-4/11-5 at the beginning of the season because I BELIEVED ;) they had enough talent to win when healthy...

I said 10-6 with "real possibilites" for 11-5 (w/ 12-4 max)...but probable was 10-6 w/ a possible playoff win were my expectations.

So with one playoff win i should consider this a very good year, I guess. I'm hoping for even more though. ;)

The person most wrong so far that I can recall, was Deion with his 7-9. I'm sure there for many who even had worse calls.

Hilarious that none of the 8-8, 7-9, 6-10, and 5-11 posters are here.

I agree. They also tend to spend less time here after a win than after a loss. As soon as Dallas has lost a game the crying for coaches and players being fired is at full bore but win a game and these critics barely show up.

Yeah, just like the people who staked their reputation on the "fact" that Chris Johnson would never make it and at best was a 3rd down back....or even worse, they compared him to players that never even rode the bench more than a few years in the league. All those people have evaporated too.

The really loud and boisterous ones are the least likely to admit that they were clueless. The other ones that were wrong (like we all have been at times) just man-up and admit it.

Preseason, I thought 9-7; five games ago, I thought we'd sneak into the playoffs at 10-6 - but I didn't think we'd win the games we won...

I also said we'd lose the 1st playoff game, so here's hoping I'm wrong again!

I believe I was in the 10-6 camp. I know that in this thread:

http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=161082

I predicted that we'd go 1-1 in the playoffs, so I had us making it that far.

My other two predictions in that thread:

1. Folk will look ordinary this year, prompting a kicking controversy in Dallas.

2. Barber will remain the starting RB (when healthy), despite having worse per-touch numbers than both Felix and Choice.
Not a bad year so far, prediction-wise.

I was a 8-8 or 9-7 going from last seasons results.Who would have thunk Wade would have taken the defense to the wood shed and explained how it was going to be back to basics. The offense cut way down on pentalties.Got Romo to keep the ball next to his chest while looking and fake pumping.Pretty much stays in the pocket while checking down.Wears his hat forwards ,which automaticaly raised his IQ about 80 or 90 points, so he makes better decisions. People have on the most part have been healthy. The unknowns and unproven becoming probowl caliber players to cover for the let downs.
Jason Garret learning a new play or two. I'm really impressed with the different look he's giving to freeze the defense. Who would have thunk it..
