Ok... who is the better HC? Norval or Phillips?

I'm not sure if Phillips is the right hire, but I definitely think Norv was not the right man for the job.

I just find it ironic that Norv is deemed a great offensive mind and the SD offense has lacked the punch it had last year and looks completely lost, while Wade is deemed a great defensive mind and the Dallas defense looks, at times, quite lost as well.
