I have defended Roy all year and I got to thinking today. What could we get for him in a trade? In his six years he went probowl 3 and is most likely going again this year judging by the votes on NFL.com. If we put him up on the market this year what do you think we could get for him? His stats look impressive seeing as he leads the league so maybe with his stats hype and Probowls we could get something or someone nice. Your thoughts?

Nothing of course...but it's a given Roy sucks and we need to get rid of him.

Cracks me up how he starts by saying "if you look the stats, he's tops" and uses that as REASON to get rid of him.

I am in the crowd that cringes whenever Roy is in coverage, but in no way do I want to get rid of him. When he is playing the run and is around the line of scrimmage, he is about as good as you can get for any strong safety in the league. Once our corners get back to 100%, I think we will see Roy being put back in position to do what he does best. But with Watkins in and out the last few weeks, and Henry still hobbled, we really have not had much of a choice than to put Roy in coverage. We still found a wayto win though, and that is most important.

He has laundry list of injured players left in his wake and I would not want to play him ever.
