It's Friday boys, just got done with off season workout with my team. Taking the afternoon off, headed to the ranch to watch last night's game again and have a few drinks. BTW, i ate two Mc Ribbs last night. Probably not as good as Haleyrules ribeye, but delicious non the less. Salud, here's to a great weekend for tou all.

Medium rare is nice. I am probably a little more wolfish!! I like to push my fork down on a juicy Ribeye and have plenty of blood run out on the plate!! Grosses out the Bride...but, l cook my own. She would just ruin a piece of beef!!

I won't eat a piece of steak if it's cooked above medium rare. Rare is fine, too. Medium is burnt as far as I'm concerned. Medium rare is perfect. So damn perfect for that fatty rib eye. God, I want a rib eye. Gonna get that now tomorrow when I take the little guy to Olive Garden, Jack

90's ball. The 70's Cowboys were so great. I used to love watching that feared Doomsday Defense. Tell you what...they weren't kissing each other and exchanging Gear after those games.

lol. Yep. Very wise choice. My first wife would take a fine piece of beef and cook it until there was no juice or flavour of any kind left. I was forced to divorce her because of her abuse of my Ribeyes!!
