I think it is as good or better than what you can buy in the stores. You just have to experiment with cuts of meat and recipes. For me, the toughest part was figuring out how thick to slice the meat. I tend to slice it too thick and it takes a lot longer to make. Just takes practice. Dried pineapple is awesome!
