I don't know about anybody else but can't root for a cheating organization in Pats. Will root hard for Falcons. My Cowboys fan son says he will root for Pats. He says besides Cowboys, he doesn't want any other NFC team win Superbowl this year. Go figure.

Losing weight is easy. Keeping it off long term is the real challenge. Old habits are hard to kill. It takes time. It should be done over a long period of time. I keep weight off by never eating bread or potatoes. Never.
