Christmas isn't what it used to be without the young spirits around. Its just me and the bride. Whole different feeling about it...especially in the south with no snow.

Hey gang. Didn't make it to Philly due to a family commitment. Soooo, I decided to honor my dear friend Trouty and picked up one of his favotrites Weihenstephaner. I also got Sam Adams Winter Lager. Ready for the game. I firmly believe Eagles will win so no stress. Besides, even if Giants lose, they will still have a great chance to lock up a WC spot. All good in Shunpike residence.

You will love it, Shunny!!! No one does lagers like the Germans. Sadly, most of ours are macro-brewed duds (when I put on my arrogant beer drinking hat ). Those Platinums you like are pretty dang awesome, tho, for abv/calories/taste.

I am glad you liked the Platinum Trouty. They are my go to beer on Sundays. But I am a Coors Light guy or Yuengling guy when I am drinking at a bar.
