Old I love beer. A lot

You hit a plateau, need to change things up a bit. I do a lot of walking, when I hit a plateau I started lifting weights, didn't lose any weight, but I went from a 42 inch waist to 38. Now I'm walking up steep inclines on the treadmill. Lost 100 pounds 4 years ago, only gained 10 back.
I've been on diets before only to gain it all back too. I have very little willpower once I start eating junk food. lol I was going for walks around town a couple of times a day and that helped but I haven't done that as much lately since the weather got colder.
