They where horrible last season and we've made 1 whole change to that line so i doubt this is cause the DL is so good

Careful what you say, people will pounce on you for not blindly believing that this offensive line will be good when the past couple years they've been atrocious.

If its "blindly", it would only be because you don't want to see..

Again, most reports have been positive so far in camp. One bad day doesn't change that.

Positive against no Ratliff and Spencer isn't saying much.

you guys know better. i mean toby jackson hasn't even unpacked his bags and he's already getting sacks.

LOL. cant argue with this statement.

However there have been some reports of decent plays by o lineman prior to todays practice so logic would suggest that something is going on today that is different from the previous practices.

What has our line done the last couple years? Ohh that's right, nothing. Yet, you're acting like it's such a big deal that I don't believe in this "offensive line", if you can call it one. You even tried to change something I said around, like really dude? We've only added one major piece to this o-line and you're wanting to sing high praise. Stop drinking the kool-aid, if everything pans out we're still an average offensive line at best. Teams don't just jump from worst to best in the span of a year, it takes time with the rebuilding for us to actually get a solid group of guys. I do think we have made steps in the right direction though, especially with the T.Fred pick.

It takes time for the offense to catch up with the defense remember that...

Uh...their top 4 players are healthy. Smith, Free, Frederick, Costa. Not close. And Leary is an upgrade over Levings.

How about you get real, you haven't read all the glowing reports about our offensive line? I mean didn't you see us play the last couple years, our offensive line was atrocious amazing. How dare you not believe in our offensive line when we've been one of the worst best in the NFL, you're "blind" and don't want to see how good our offensive line really is.

Ok, sorry about that, I put down the kool-aid. :D

If Costa is one of our top 4 players, we're in trouble, lol. And i've heard nothing from the reports so far that would seem to confirm that. Has Costa been working with the ones at all while we've had all these injuries?

Leary being an upgrade over Livings is your opinion.. and even he has missed significant time already.

Ware may get 18-20 sacks this year exploding out of the 3pt stance and not dropping into coverage so often

You're confused.

Im not wanting to sing high praise.. im wanting to give them a chance and stop condemning them based on last year's team.

*sigh*

If you've ever been to camp, you understand why this is. It LOOKS like a sack occurs all the time. That's because the O-linemen simply go through the motions. They're not out there actually competing. It's something more than a walkthrough, but it's not full contact for sure. But the D-linemen are practicing their passrush moves and trying to go all out, so they look dominant every single training camp. You'll have some unknown look like a camp all star, but if the game was on the line he wouldn't be doing squat.

Otay, to make you happy I'll put Leary ahead of Costa. Top 4, Smith, Leary, Frederick, Free. Now you will come back and say Livings or Bernadeau should be in the top 4.

A healthy Livings? Yea, top 4 no problem.

Livings right now.. i really don't know about this injury situation. The report the other day really made me worry about if he'll be healthy enough to play this year without some kind of surgery.

Berny sucks, imo. I'd much rather see KK or Arkin play over him.
