Oliver Hoyte

As I watched through gritted teeth and knotted muscles.

You have to admit, he makes you nervous as hell with the ball in space. He should not have the football in his arms but twice a year. And with how good a blocker he is, there's really no need to give him the ball.
Hard to say. I haven't seen him thrown to enough to know whether he's a good receiver or not. He caught the pass on Sunday just fine.

wow, such a sharp mind

except for this isn't a debate about Hoyte and Anderson, it's your little Hoyte agenda pushing
Hoyte agenda pushing? Jesus Christ. Now when people compliment a player it's an agenda?

Seriously, guy, you're going nuts.

you're a smarter edunce, you know what you've been doing

I guess I'm an agenda pusher, too. I'm still pretty amazed that a guy can change positions to something he hasn't played since high school and in a year or less become a good player in the highest level league in the world.

Put me on the agenda pushing as well. The guy is a better blocker than Anderson. If Anderson can get more comfortable with his blocking assignments, he allows more versatility, but there's no question that Hoyte is superior at it at this point.

Actually I saw two of his blocks today where he attacked the wrong shoulder of the LB.

We ended up with good runs on both plays though.

Speaking of LBs, that Harris guy (#52) from the Jets is pretty good.

Having watched him all last year at Michigan, I thought David Harris was the Best Defensive player from Michigan. But I am surprised at how impactful he has been with Jets.

If he started all year, I think he would legitimately be in the ROY talk on Defense.

he was noticebly more comfortable and effective yesterday. He'll grade out very high for his effort vs. the Jets. Best game by a cowboys fullback since.........? I loved what I saw. Still miss Cricket as a wedge buster on special teams. Part of the problem is Folk's inability to kick the ball deep too............a little worried actually.
