I'd rather spend high picks on the trenches, anyway.

More importantly, CBs come draft day are not in high demand, not relatively speaking to top 5-10 draft picks.

I seriously haven't seen any.
I have seen people push PP to as low as 7 but I haven't seen a single instance where someone rated him below Prince.
I am not arguing Prince is a lock to be a worse pro but I would argue he is a lock to be drafted after PP.
I would take PP first overall if I had to choose one guy. He could be an Ed Reed type FS or a solid CB and is a stellar return guy if anyone is crazy enough to use him there.
CBSSports and NFLdraftexchange rate PP 1 overall and Prince 7 overall.
Scott Wright has PP 2 and Prince 6.
Walter Football has PP rated top 4 and 1 CB, Prince top 10 and 2 at CB.
I just don't see the examples of guys having questions to whom is the top overall corner.
I rarely respond to posts that call him Jerrah or Jerruh, but this is right on the money in every way.romo_19_55;3828086 said:I know most Zoners don't think Jerrah would 'move up' to pick PP and the 'smart money' says draft OT, NT, and OG in the first 3rds to rebuild our OL (since we last WON 3 Rings with the BEST OL in the NFL during the Emmitt SMith years). However, Jerrah did SAY (just like last year) recently that he WANTS an IMPACT player with his first draft pick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That being said, who ELSE would be an IMPACT player for the Cowboys that could play at a very high level for the next 9-10yrs?????? I don't see anyone else 'dropping' to us except for Quinn or Von Miller. Jerrah may have to 'move up' to grab PP if he drops into picks 5-8. Even with giving up a 1st and 3rd for PP, we'd still end up with PP in Rd 1, BPA OL (OT or OG) in the Rd 3, a mammoth NT in Rd 4 or signed via Free Agency, and the BPA Free Safety in Rd 5 or signed via Free Agency. Rounds 6 and 7 could be a backup FULLBACK or OL.
My GUT tells me that Jerrah is looking at either Patrick Peterson (who could be an All-Star CB for years and return PUNTS like Antonio Cromartie) or Robert Quinn (who could be a terror at rushing the QB and rotate with Spencer and/or Ware and provide DEPTH in case of injury to Ware) or Von Miller (who's also excellent at QB pressures; although smaller than Quinn, he's still very young and could put on weight).
