I have tickets for the early practice on the 24th.

The Westin Stonebriar is pretty close for less than half of that.

That looks like a nice place! And only 7 minutes away.

I mean, it's not like I'm going to be doing meet&greets with Cowboys players if I stay at the Star

Going to the afternoon practice on the 23rd, then that morning practice of the 24th!

I bought mine yesterday off of Vivid Seats, but I still haven't received an email with the actual ticket from the seller yet.

So I'm holding off on reserving a room until I know the tickets are good to go.

The tickets were sold out with Ticketmaster, so I'm a little leery.. hopefully I'm just being paranoid!

Has anyone stayed at the OMNI at The Star? They're obviously gouging prices due to their Cowboys connection - but if you have been there, is it worth the price? Or would getting a $100 room elsewhere be just as good?

I'll admit, it's tempting to pay the $350 for a one night stay so that I'll be within walking distance to the practices and I can check other things out.

Any opinions?

For one night it might be worth the experience but there's no other advantages in staying there besides being able to walk over to Ford Stadium instead of parking and walking up.

Now if your just wanting to have the view of the Star from the Omni the hotel is open to the public. If I could afford it ,needed a hotel for my trip and only staying one night I would .

Not sure where you work but Omni has a lot of "corporate rates" that they honor. The cool part is you can typically book the room and they never check or ask for a biz card at check in...if you catch my drift

Perhaps just have someone call as "your assistant" booking the room on your behalf and have them test the waters with some major company name (e.g., large national bank, etc).

That works like a charm for me! I got a room at the SF Omni for just over $100 a night during a pretty peak season! Good luck!

Parkwood and Warren there is a Holiday Inn Express, the Star is down Warren five minutes away. The mall is five minutes away. If you want to stay at Home2Suits its five minutes away and your in the same parking lot of the mall. The saved money you can get a real jersey from the Cowboys store at the Star.

I am coming to town for a game. I am definitely doing a stadium tour but has anyone ever did The Star tour? I am curious if it is worth it. I am reading that pictures are limited.

I got tickets to all 4 days for free in fact I have one extra for Tuesday if anyone wants it. How much did you pay for them I only ask cause I remember seeing somewhere that you were not allowed to sell them.

I paid $7 for each day, plus ~$5 in other fees to the website. I just hope these tickets are legit!

Yeah I hope so too cause I honestly didn't think they could be resold. I tried looking to see if someone else was selling but haven't been able to find any. If I were you I would contact vivid and ask why you haven't received them. I have that extra one for Tuesday if you want it just let me know if you do.

Yeah, I did that but Vivid hasn't gotten back to me.

I actually just got my hands on two legit tickets about 10 mins ago. But thanks for the offer man
