I too am doubting your story now. Not because you posted something disparaging on Romo ... but becasue I thought your first post read in the past-tense. And now this post reads like real time. I may be wrong but I'll go back and check it out.

Just to clarify for those that equate how TC speaks to his level of intelligence, he graduated from Georgia Tech and made ACC all-academic team 2 years.

Tech doesn't have jock majors to hide guys in either.

Say what you want but TO news means nothing to me nowadays... As I have stated before, he is no longer wearing the Cowboys jersey therefore there's no longer any need for me to be concerned about him. I just laugh when the mere mention of his name makes some foam at the mouth. Some clearly can't let it go.

Ex-Cowboy or not, Terrell Owens is done. In fact, I have a friendly wager that he retires before the season is over. He simply cannot get open anymore, no matter who the QB is. His numbers in Buffalo are A-Bills-mal.

I would guess the ONLY reason he prospered when Romo entered the line-up was the poor play of the offensive line which forced Romo to BUY TIME for his receivers to get open, which T.O. at that point in his career could do if given the extra tick. He was nowhere to be found much of the time when Bledsoe was the starter.

Bottom line- if the Cowboys ever wanted to improve his play as a pocket QB in RHG's offense, then he needed receivers who can get open and/or play to greatest ability which is the quick release. When Garrett revamped the offense a bit after Sparano left and made Romo (and I add to somewhat of a detriment to the team) a "pocket" QB- which I am unsure Romo ever really can be btw- , Owens was exposed and threw Romo under the bus to save face.

Thus he was jettisoned, and now he sucks completely and thoroughly.
