Not sure I agree with this. Believe it or not, Carp's 40 time is in the same range as Ware's, and depending on the source, I've seen it listed as faster. He just doesn't have the sudden acceleration that Ware posesses.

The knock on Carp is that he doesn't always play to his 40 time, and I think that has to do with confidence. Once he diagnoses a play, he has the speed to close on the ball. I think he just needs more experience at the pro level.

Carp is not even on the same planet when it comes to Ware's speed and quickness.
