Once again, Jerry will dig into his cliche bag and pull out another gem, to sell to the Cowboys sheep that continue to believe
in this organization. We refer to this as.......FOOLS GOLD.

But doesn't matter because this FOOLS GOLD organization will still be the #1 Sports franchise on Forbes Listing, which is the real Superbowl for business people like Jerry.

Well, normally I'm one of the ringleaders for Jerry bashing.

However, I think he's on to something this year. I think it's a throwaway and we're going to end up with a high-end head coach and quarterback next season.
I think he finally realizes it's going to take a quarterback and a head coach to get to a super bowl, and he's running out of years. He's finally figured out it's better to be a Super Bowl winning GM and owner than an epic failure puppet string puller year after year.

This is the turning point.

Before the season started I didn't spend any money on the Cowboys. I refused to attend TC like I normally do. I cancelled my 25 year subscription to Sunday Ticket.

I'm doing my part. I hope others will join

Oh sweet Jesus. Please tell me you are not serious. How can people still be this much of a sucker after thirty years.

I would happily take 14 more games like today for you to be right. I think if we stack these embarrassing losses on top of each other then maybe Jerry will accept you need a real HC and a new QB. Narcissists like Jerry can’t stand being embarrassed.

Have you looked at the man lately? Father time is staring him right in the face. I don't think Jerry's ego will allow him to leave this earth being an epic failure for 30 years. I think he'll do what it takes to bring the glory back.
Because even he can't keep making stupid excuses.
I honestly think he talked to somebody about becoming the head coach here during the off-season. And for whatever reason, that person needs one more year before he can arrive
It's gotta be a big name. I just haven't figured out who.

He's got the most valuable franchise in the league and he gets more publicity than any owner in the league.

To him he's been an epic success the last 30 years.

No way we move on from Dak this off season. No way.

Jerry has refused for at least the past 25 years to do the one thing he knows will help the team get back on the right track - he needs a real GM.

All the times Jerry has said he will "do anything" to win another super bowl were a blatant lie and him just bs spewing from his mouth. Doing anything includes removing himself from the equation and he will never do that. So how is anyone supposed to believe he really wants to win?

Somebody needs to give every fan a bag to wear over their heads as they go into the GB game. I have a feeling they will need it.

There is definitely an opportunity to clean house, dump players you don't plan on keeping, play your young guys and take your losses en route to picking a quality QB and starting over with your extra high first rounders.... Don't believe Jerry will do it though.

then why does he say he believes that we're a playoff team? And why be 'open for business' to unload draft picks to improve this year?

It doesn't matter what the sheep believe. It's not like they're keeping Jerry in power.
The entire world knows what Jerry is. The Dallas Cowboys are nothing but a mid their family business that will never care about winning the super bowl because he doesn't do things the right way.
He thinks he's smart enough as a football guy to compete with real football people in the league.
Unfortunately the only way he'll be stopped is by his own demise.
And even then we're gonna be stuck with his son Stephen Jones as the owner/GM.
We're doomed as fans.
