Your card was declined.

Probably should have told you in a DM.
Well, we’ve got to figure something out. Camp is coming and we won’t know a thing without Fish’s exclusive exclusive.

For example, imagine going into this season and not knowing that Gregory might have a breakout year.

Every defense Dallas has been facing has started their prep for the Cowboys by saying, “We can’t let Elliott beat us.”

Teams do all they can to shut down Zeke. The Dallas passing game needs to continue to make them pay by going downfield. Dak can help loosen defenses for the run game like Zeke does for the passing game. That way Elliott can do his damage.

This will fall on death ear because average fans are results oriented, no matter the issue, they don't care , they want results.

Everyone has an opinion. Dak's numbers have gotten better while Zeke's numbers have gotten worse, but he's the one that needs a pay raise

He has enough receivers to make it happen now. It all starts up front with the oline and we all know it. Espn just said Zeke was ranked 7th this year. Hope Zeke sees that.

Maybe they focus on Zeke and let Dak go pass happy knowing he won't beat them in the crunch when he has to come back at the end and they (the defense) don't have to worry about the run game. That's how 2019 shaped out anyway!

Like the great teams of the 90's. Pass more in the first half and wear 'em down by pounding the run in the second half.

It works if you can get the lead going into the 3rd quarter. Make the other team more one-dimensional and wear out their defense by pounding the ball.

it’s great… but they need to stop the early turnovers from last year and the defense needs to hold the other team and not give up a lot of points. And, even better… get some turnovers for Dallas.

If they can do that on defense, then the offense is certainly capable of having a halftime lead.

You've got to consider the symbiotic nature of the relationship, though. As defenses concentrate more on stopping Elliott, it opens things up for the passing game. Same thing when defenses focus on stopping the passing attack.

Frankly, I think both are easily top 10 at their positions, which helps make our offense potent when everyone is healthy, as does having one of the top guards and top tackles in the league as well as a strong group of wideouts.

Yep. Some fans want to keep looking at players in a vacuum, but that's not how this game works. Zeke's rushing success is dependent on the passing game being effective and the run blocking holding up, neither of which happened last year. Dak's passing success is dependent on the running game being effective and the pass blocking holding up. Throw in receivers who can get open, because we saw the difference that made when we added Cooper the year we tried to go receiver by committee.

The approach teams take is to control the Cowboys run game and put the game in Dak's hands.

That's the consensus among defensive coordinators on how to stop Dallas' offense.

That shouldn't be seen as an indictment of Dak. With any team that has a top running back, teams are going to make it a priority to stop them first and force teams to pass ... because there is generally a better chance of something bad happening on a passing play than on a running play.

Oh let the fun and games ensue I see!

Well you guys can have your jokes...some are actually okay....

Zeke makes plenty of money, he don;t need Dak's. But Anon is right. Dak owes Zeke for the 2016 season that put Dak down this path. Also owes for every HUGE block Zeke makes on Lber's AND O-linemen too. Everyone says ...hold on a second..."Everyone" says "zeke sucked in 2020". Let's say that's true...look what happened to Dak. Coincidence? hmmmmaybe. maybe not.

I know this is gonna throw stats ****** in a tizzy...but Dak shines when zeke does well. The TEAM does well! Zeke doesn't seem to shine so much when Dak does well. I know...some ya'll gonna give me the "450+ yards when Zeke is out" thingamajig. But do we win those? (I dunno...Imma make some of you look that up...come at me!)

We've got to find a way to keep Zeke in the game and pounding the rock. 2016 is proof. And he ain't toast just yet. You can throw all the stats you want at me...like bricks. The team is better with Beast Zeke and that means a healthy Dak and O-line too.
