Durde interviewed yesterday, and Zimm and Rivera today. One has never been a DC, the other hasn’t been one in 14 years, and the other in 10 years

While I realize it’s late in the process, that’s the only 3 candidates these Bozo’s could come with? In all the NFL, and college football landscape?

very short sighted, but they made their bed by saying this year is “the year”…….

Jerry has different versions of what Home run means in his mind. Remember. This is the same guy that said it wouldnt be hard to find a DC with MM as a lame duck.

I mean it’ll 100% be Zimmer unless he says no. Rivera is the fall back option

Is Al Harris going to be given an opportunity for the position?

I think so, but it’s just maddening. While I think Zimm will be fine and probably do as well as DQ, I want better. Or at least explore the landscape.

Not from anything I’ve seen. They could be hiding candidates for all we know. My sense is he and Durde will work for Zimm now.

is that what you guys do just run around finding reasons to call jerry a bozo.

its DQ ,last guy poicked on the playground waited too long,.. so i guess anything Washington did at coordinator or the NFC east somehow are better than this list, it what delusional world?

go show me ALL the NFL coaching lists that added new coach's and we can pick them apart just as easy.

i mean 75% of the NFL literally uses retreads' was that guy in 21..same thing...nothing to read into if,. Not a lot to choose from yearly and in a lame duck year for MM and possible dak not getting extended why go elsewhere ; Rivera or Zim for that 1year get it done or its all blown up scenario is a good fit.

that list in bold on the right sure doesn't move needle for me...but hey let's bend JJ over in every post...

It’s no different than when JG walked and they interviewed Mike and Marvin Lewis only. And yes the Jones are Bozo’s! With a big red nose and giant feet! Lol

If you don't like the candidates in process that's one thing, but I have a hard time believing that the Cowboys haven't been doing their homework for a couple weeks now just in case DQ left. What you're seeing this week is just the final candidates interviewing in person. This is how we knew guys like Rivera and Zimmer had interest in the position since before DQ left. Obviously someone from the Cowboys had some sort of interaction with them before DQ left, and probably with several other defensive coaches about the role.

yeah because it's been really horrible around here winning 36(12 per) games, two division titles, and going to 3 playoff games 3 years in row.

terrible choice for sure.. more posts that just need this team to be disgustingly bad to match that energy. smh. the responses fell lie we won 18 games in 3 years and are horrible...umm OK be jaded and full of exaggerations and overreactions.

at least it wasn't joe judge and many other coaches that have failed in the NFL.. that new blood oh yea. AGAIN, MOST of the NFL hires retreads very few are new first time candidates and very few of those work out.

Broaddus has been pushing for Zimm since last week.
