Why aren’t we wasting our good plays to impress everyone by winning by 4+ touchdowns against teams like Washington and the Giants!?!! We need more style points or we have no chance in the playoffs!

We should be 14-0 and Dak should have 10,000 passing yards by now, this is ridiculous.. I can’t believe we’re only 10-4 and the 3 seed in the NFC.. smh.

What happens if the Eagles or WFT and Giants combine their wins and pass us in the East?? We might completely miss the playoffs!

Dude. No. Teams going into the playoffs want to be firing on all cylinders and swinging a huge momentum stick. This offense is in a funk, and it has nothing to do with a super secret playbook

I didn’t say they’re being coy or intentionally sucking, where did I say that? Let’s talk about CeeDee dropping wide open passes and the offensive line not blocking. This isn’t the Dallas Daks, this is the Dallas Cowboys.. it’s a total team effort and if intentionally sucking means we’ll be 10-4 every year w/ a 3 game lead in the East with 3 games to go, I hope we intentionally suck forever.

I was thinking about that. MM doesn’t like to show any cards. I remember his first off-season, he didn’t let the players were numbers during scrimmages.

I’m thinking they’re saving a lot for the playoffs, but we need to get the offense rolling and gain some confidence.

Then why are you bringing up a team that was bad around the time you were born? That’s what pessimistic people do. Reality is we’re 10-4 right now, I get that the offense isn’t #1 in the league like they were before the bye week - but it’s not JUST Dak or Kellen Moore for that matter.

Do I really have to spell it out for you? That’s probably the worst team in franchise history and for affect, they’re the best example to bring up.

This made me smile and laugh because I’m sick of the negativity, and I love sarcasm. That said, I’m not sure Kellen Moore started hiding plays as early as last month. Moore has actually done this every year since he’s been the OC. He starts out hot every year, but then he fades.

Maybe he gets conservative. Maybe defenses adjust and he has no answer. Maybe he just get tired or thinks the same thing should keep working if players execute. Maybe it’s all and more. All I know is early in every season, we all get excited about the offense running the ball, new wrinkles, finally running screens, finally running pick plays, taking shots down field, introducing things we haven’t seen in Dallas. But second half of the season, fans, just like defenses, see how predictable he is. Incomplete on first down….run up the middle. Run for 0-2 yards on first down….short pass in the flat. Reach the red zone on a good drive….here comes the wr screen or the reverse or some other slow trickery that doesn’t work.

McCarthy needs to step in and help Kellen breakout of this stale rut.
