just got to the house.
the 2 food portions near the house seemed to be all gone.
cannot tell the other areas...
Ooo! Activities of some sort,,,, well my friend your gonna have to pull a trick from ol' Melons black bag of tricks,,, I do fondly refer to this one as the " suspicious husband maneuver" where before leaving for work in the wee hours of the mornings would dust the the door steps with a sifting of finely ground flour, thusly leaving the 'milk mans'
un scheduled boot print at his door,,,,Now! I reckon you could do the same only lay it down thick enough in concentric circles with your food source as the bullseye to where you could observe and disseminate from identifiable tracks, and adjust accordingly.

Well,Duh!,,, putty, those cats your trying to entice might be vagabonds on the feline highway but they certainly are not without manners, for the hobo cat code of which they abide by prevents them from taking what's not theirs to begin With,,, now! What you gotta do my friend is make a little cat sized sign that sez' " free kat food" just like Wiley E. Coyote would do when he's trying to lure the roadrunner into another one of his doomed to fail traps,,,, seriously putty ,,,for a self proclaimed tactician, you sure overlooked the obvious in phase one,,,that's for sure:confused:

Maybe you should buy an automatic feeder, for when you are gone. They sell sone cheap gravity ones that will probably lfeed for about a week.

Any luck last night attracting puss and boots?

2 portions near the house appear to be totally gone.
need to inspect the rest when i got out.
got to house at 1am after a long day delay with an evicted tenant and another tenant who apparently left without giving notice - both a huge mess inside...
the people in the small town are shocked at how those 2 lived...
met the sheriff, who apparently wants to rent the place from me after cleanup.

too bad my mom does not have one that she used to experiment with when she did research on rodents - drug abuse etc.
