:welcome: to The Zone.

About time you posted. Keep it up, you're on a roll.

He's interested in us. I doubt we are interested in him.

Only if that is a code-name for a receiver not really named Chris Henry.

Just kidding, thanks for posting!

Part of me says I don't want to deal with that kind of trouble/stupidity (OTOH, I am being a hypocrit seeing as how I supported Owens, Johnson, and Jones....)

The other part of me is tired of not winning in the postseason in over a decade. That part of me says go ahead and do it, it adds talent to the roster, and gives us a better chance of maybe winning a playoff game.

I'm conflicted.

I look at it from a talent to cost ratio. The guy has some talent and seeing that he is so in the hole conduct wise how much would he cost to bring in. That being said if he is as cheap as I!!! think he is have compete with Hurd, Austin, and Stanbeck

Some people will never get it. But at 25, I can't help think about people like Hollywood Henderson, "Mercury" Morris, and Irving Fryar who some how found a way to pull their lives together.

Maybe one day Henry plays football again, perhaps there is an outside chance it's in Dallas (way outside). But if Henry can somehow pull his life together and maximize the talent that he's already proven he has, the sky is the limmit for this kid.

I just don't think he's the Lawrence Phillip type.

In 2005 Jerry told the team to take him off the Draft board. How much trouble has he been in since 2005?

I doubt his talent is that appealing to Jerry Jones. I could be wrong, but I don't see any scenario with him in Dallas as a Cowboy at this point.

Chris Henry is worse than Pacman. Alot worse. Being desperate is an ugly thing and I'm glad im not.:D

So you are the supreme authority on character issues? I have made alot of mistakes in my life but somebody gave me a second chance. The kid has made alot of mistakes but who knows what one would do if suddenly handed a check for millions. I think Calvin Hill could be the best thing to ever happen to him.
