Opinion on Dan Campbell?

I like Dan Campbell but I think its time for Witten to take the ranes and get a deep threat in TE/WR Anthony Mix for matchups

Dan Campbell knows Sean Payton play action and could really help his offense get off the ground.With Romo being in Paytons system 4 years he would also help the growing pains Sean faces.For that reason,I think we should hold onto these players for trade to get Vince Young at number 2.It makes sense because the Saints arn't know as big spenders and it would give them flexability to unload vet salaries and fill in a rookie cap relm.

Let me get this straight: are you suggesting that the Saints would give us the #2 pick for Romo and Campbell? Even if we threw in our own 1st, that would be beyond wishful thinking. Come on man!

I wouldn't take Miller over Spears. No way, no shape, no how.

With Witten on board I would not take Miller over Spears either.

Dan Campbell did not impress me this past year; I know that he was coming back from injury but he just did not seem to be the same player that he was before the injury. He is getting pretty long in the tooth now as well and I doubt that he will ever get back to what he was before. It really pains me to say this because Campbell has been one of my favorite Cowboys since his arrival here. But the end has to come for them all and it looks like it may have come for Big Dan.

But we still have Pierce if his rehab goes well. He was looking pretty good last year before he went down and we also have the kid (Ryan?) that Parcells has been bouncing from the roster to the PS for the last couple of years; maybe he will finally pan out as the blocking TE he was supposed to be. Still I feel that they have to address the blocking TE position this year if they decide not to bring Campbell back.
