We're currently 3-4, but I know and maybe some others know, we're much worse than that in reality.
We've had a pretty easy schedule so far and at almost every corner we've lost against even the best middling teams we've played. The exception and bright spot were the Jaguars who find themselves in a 3 game losing streak where they've scored 28 points in 3 games.
What's the highest rated offense we've beaten (ppg)?
After 7 games, that would be the Lions who we snuck by with a 2 point win... Think about that. Our 2 other wins come against teams ranked 27th ranked and 29th.
On offense, we beat a team ranked 9th in defense, which is impressive until you recall that the Jaguars are 29th in offense. From there our victories drop to the 24th and 26th ranked defenses.
If you really think this team is going to consistently beat teams like the Rams, Saints, Vikings, Packers... you're deluding yourself. And that's just the NFC... In reality, I expect the Eagles to pull this thing together.
