I'm still amazed at the fact that both parties can have their motions address so quickly, in my experience things in the court system don't usually move so fast, how are these dockets getting cleared so quickly.

So basically, the 3 judge panel rules against him next week, right before the Eagles game.

LOL.

Jerry himself said last week that nobody read article 46. Amazing if true.

That's because it's been in the CBA for years and years.. it just one of those common clauses that get glanced over and not really paid attention to by either side. The issue is not the clause, when honorable men hold the office of commissioner, they have honored their players by treating them fair and with respect. The issue is that this comish is not an Honorable man and has an ego the size of Texas and is ruining the game we all love to satisfy his own personal agenda.

It's seems more than amazing to me -- it's extremely hard to believe. If true, it's actually outrageous and possibly underlines the ineptitude of the NFLPA leadership. If untrue, it simply means Jerry is talking through his hat and should stifle himself. One man can easily be mistaken. It might help if others in attendance at the CBA meetings were to step forward and attest to that either being factual or not. Agreements that affect the lives of player membership so drastically should be studied with great care before any agreement is in order.

Good thing it's not the NFL vs a player. They would always win. In this case we have a billionaire and the most powerful owner on our side. Its a lose lose for Goodell.
