Osa Odighizuwa vs Jalen Carter

Osa is a much better player than he gets credit for. I was a little skeptical of a 20 million per year contract, but when looking at other DTs he's paid outside of the top 10 so I think it's more than a fair value. Though Osa hasn't quite emerged as an elite DT, I think he's a very good player that can ascend higher if paired with the right dt next to him.
Very true Carter has Jordan Davis next to him osa has Masi.

Be interesting to see what happens if we could get DJ reader and pair him with Osa

This is interesting. Are we missing something? There is no way we were seeing the same dominance from Osa. Then again, maybe we are, but it's lost behind other defensive issues.

one played in the superbowl and won it.
the other played on a 7-10 team that was gashed by Saints, Ravens, Eagles and Detroit along the way

so what was that about dominance?

Another great example why looking at face value stats is most often misleading. Some reasons have already been posted in this thread.

Osa is incredibly underrated however he is nowhere near Carter right now.

I saw this on Twitter and it really upset the Eagles fans lol. I was shocked to see their stats be so similar which explains why his market was what it was. He’s better then we give credit for.

Now can you see why? :)
Classic

It's already been proven that people log on here to lie about osa. No, I'm not saying they are wrong.....I'm saying they lie. I wouldn't entertain Osa conversations on cz anymore
So I followed this whole conversation on Twitter and the Eagle fans said Carter gets doubled an OSA doesn’t….

Technically got doubled more than he did lol.

Carter is the reason Sweat and Williams got hugh contracts. He was always double- and tripled-teamed.

Carter's right behind Chris Jones in terms of dominance and I wouldn't be shocked if he is on par with him this year.
