If I am wrong forgive me. I don't even profess for one minute to know much about this case, but I was under the impression that she had won the case against Marshall's son and that the son died in July anyway.

That is why all this sounds fishy to me.

All die within a relatively short time frame after she gives birth to a child that this man is the father to.

She did win but the family appealed it and it went all the way to the Supreme Court but they sent it back to a lower court.
