This is sad news

He is a great guy (even with the "Love Boat" episode). I graduated from UCF the same year as him, saw him at play all the home games there, had a couple of the same classes with him and even played basketball with him a couple of times. He is a kind, good-hearted person and now for this to happen to him has got to be horrible. To make things worse, it comes at a pretty bad time with the Vikes playing so badly and their "scandle".

Hope to see him back on the field ASAP and see his career restart within the next couple of seasons. Yes, it will be tough, but anyone can do it - it is Daunte.

poor culpepper but after him and randy moss torturing for so long i dont feel sorry for him or vikes fans at all. i know he's a nice guy and all and i don't wish permanent damage on him, but a long season for the vikings is all i can ask for. let them boil in their own stew for a little bit.
