If that was for me I never said he had the starting spot the season is a long way away hes got time to prove himself or show hes not ready or doesn't have it....etc

My point was all the people saying all this stuff before the player even gets on the field.

I believe it was Sturm who indicated his sources felt Arkin was not liked by the new OL regime (Callahan).

All that said him starting now means little.

BP used to give guys significant time in TC to be sure he wanted to cut them. Also allowed them to build some tape for other teams while hiding guys he really liked.

Probably, but why isn't Nagy being put in at RG with the first team?

All I'm saying is that people were very quick to dismiss Arkin w/o a single practice under his belt in year 2.
