It was several people who said this. Rumors, just rumors that people use to push their agendas.

no pads.

We will see when grunt gets on grunt.

I recall times when the Proctologist was first team guard as well.

I agree it does not tell us anything good or bad about Arkin. I don't think it even tells us we have 0 depth unless you think others are incapable of developing. I'm not saying they will or won't just that I think people make up their minds way to fast when dealing with 1st and 2nd year players.

And this has been my stance on him to begin with. I'm not sure why people were so quick to dismiss him w/o even giving him a chance in his second year.

Probably, but why isn't Nagy being put in at RG with the first team?

All I'm saying is that people were very quick to dismiss Arkin w/o a single practice under his belt in year 2.

and people wanting to say he is a starter have only last years COMPLETE TIME ON THE INACTIVE list to say otherwise.

Please tell me where I said he would be the starter?

I agree. Not saying Arkin or Nagy will ever be top players but I can't say they won't be. Anyone claiming it either way is only taking a guess. These are young guys trying to learn and develop and really were hurt by the off season lockout as I'm sure many other players in the league were as well.

well one can sum up all your posts supporting him rather easily that way.
Support that he never earned on the field

No, that is the way you interpet my posts. Arkin's time to develop is now if he can push for a starting job that only helps the team. Even if he can develop into a quality backup and be a swing guard that helps the team.

That's all I am looking for is that too much to ask?

You on the other hand are one of the folks that have been quick to dismiss him solely because he was on the inactive list all year last season.

come on fast teddy. Hoping for at-least a guy we can depend on in spot duty (4th corner) with his size and speed.
