The good news here is that Dallas must like what it is seeing from Collins at RT, even in just these OTAs.

The team went from Collins probably will end up at staying at left guard, to Collins is only practicing at right tackle to letting Green compete at a different position.

I cannot help but be happy for Smith. He obviously loves this game and these past few weeks have been his first time practicing with his team in 18 months. There sure were plenty certain that he would not make it even this far.

And I see Chaz Green is still @ LG...just dumb. The guy needs reps @ both tackle spots....yet here the Cowboys are messing w/ another players development. How many players must bite the dust before they figure out what they are doing is wrong? Honestly...the season is going to come up....players are going to be asked to play positions they haven't played all spring and summer...yet are expected to perform @ a high level. Talk about a plan for failure. Only in Dallas does this make any sense.

Ummmm............ it happens everywhere. OTAs are used to see guys at other positions. In Philly, they've been moving OL around in OTAs to get a feel for possible combinations, etc.

I don't think there is a poster on this board that worries about more useless stuff than you.
